They are based on publicly available pricing, vendor documentation, and modelled assumptions about adoption, hours saved and loaded labor cost. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or procurement advice.

You are solely responsible for your purchasing decisions. Do your own diligence before signing any contract. Past tool performance does not guarantee future ROI for your team.

The ROI tool computes net = (seats × adoption × hours_saved × 4.33 × hourly) − (seats × cost_per_seat). Real-world ROI depends on factors the model does not capture — change-management cost, training time, integration drag, security review, accuracy regression, and opportunity cost of switching. Treat the output as a starting point for a conversation, not a guarantee.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the site:

• Quiz answers (kept in your browser; not sent to a server unless you opt in).
• Email and name when you reserve the premium report — used only to deliver the report and occasional product updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Aggregate, anonymised analytics on which pages and tools are viewed.
